- Those in charge of their child/children are solely responsible of their child and Messy Bambinos can not accept such responsibility .
- Messy Bambinos recommends wearing old clothes as Messy Bambinos can not take responsibility if an item of clothing is stained.
- If you or your child is poorly then do not attend the session and risk infecting other people. If advised to Messy Bambinos with 24 hours notice we can exchange you to another class.
- Although we co cater for allergies, It is your responsibility as a parent or carer to ensure the children do not interact with any substance that may cause them an allergic reaction.
- Messy Bambinos makes every effort to supply items that are edible, non toxic or hypo - allergenic however, we do advise none of the products are to be consumed due to choking hazards.
- Non attendees will not receive a refund or exchange, the only time a class can be exchanged is if the attendee lets Messy Bambinos know with 24 hours notice.
- Data protection - We will always confirm if you want photos taken of your baby for social media purposes however, please inform us again at the session.
- Messy Bambinos can not be responsible for any accidents that may occur during the session, we cater to make everything as safe as possible and have risk assessments however, Messy Bambinos can not be responsible for injuries.
